SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT
Our terms and conditions of sale cover distance selling, orders placed by phone, whatsapp or fax. The Customer purchases the material goods indicated and offered on the website online.
ORDERS
Sending the order implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Payment: bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal.
Prices of products: all prices displayed are expressed in EURO to be added VAT.
DELIVERY TIME
Shipping costs are 15.00 EURO throughout Italy, delivered in about 3-5 days.
The cost of transport to international destinations is calculated according to the volume/weight of the products ordered.
Warranty and Withdrawal Rights
Withdrawal Rights: pursuant to Legislative Decree 06/09/05 No.206 and subsequent amendments, The Customer has the right of withdrawal from the purchase.
Protection of Privacy
Edimoda guarantees that the e-mail addresses provided by Customers will never be transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Privacy Policy pursuant to art.13 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003
Validity of these conditions
These conditions of sale may be modified at any time, without notice, the possible changes will not affect orders for which the Order Confirmation has already been sent.
Law enforcement
Edimoda undertakes to comply with the current regulations on distance selling. Any disputes must be resolved by the competent court of the place of domicile or residence of the same according to the applicable law.
Copyright and trademarks
Trademarks, logos and other distinguishing marks of various kinds on the site belong to their respective owners.
